Well, the WCB summer season continues apace with plenty to keep the discerning listener entertained! A couple of weeks ago, we made our annual appearance at the Lord Harris Court Strawberry Fair. As seems to have become traditional for this gig, it was a beautiful summer day with the sun shining and lots of stalls to keep everyone entertained for the newly-extended opening times, including a friendly fishmonger, just next to WCB, who kept smiling despite the noise emanating from the gazebo round the corner (that was us!). Lots of money was raised and the band also managed to check that the supply of Pimms was fit for consumption!
